On January 29 of this year there was a training “Improving the efficiency of staff for My Home” employees. The invited speaker was a certified trainer of NGO “International Center for Development and Leadership” (Kiev) Yelena Andrukhovich.

The participants were able to improve their competence in setting strategic and tactical tasks, learned how to prioritize, developed decision-making skills, for a whole day they plunged into issues related to increase of self-efficacy and outlined a plan of actions.
