  • «No to orphancy! Systematic approach in working with children and families»

    On November 7-8 Kyiv hosted the first international conference “No to orphancy! Systematic approach in working with children and families.” It was organized By Rinat Akhmetov’s Foundation “Development of Ukraine” together with Ukrainian public organization “Ukraine without orphans” supported by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the Commissioner of the President of Ukraine on Children’s Rights.

    With such enthusiasm, our employee, Glazykina Yekaterina, visited the graduates of Tsyurupynsk orphanage in Zhytomyr on November 9.

  • On October 27 there was the first Conference like this in Simferopol, Crimea. It brought together more than 100 participants from different parts of Crimea, including Simferopol, Kerch, Evpatoria, Saki, as well as Kiev and Kherson.

  • On October 2-4 there was the second session of Leadership training for leaders of organizations- members of the “Ukraine without orphans” Alliance. Ruby and Lynn Johnston shared their knowledge and experience on how to be successful managers and leaders in the area of child protection. The training was also attended by representatives of “My Home” fund.

    On August 1623 three graduates of Tsurupinsk orphanage for disabled children (and now the patients of Kakhovka geriatric pension) – Olga Ulianchenko, Irina Naboyschykova, and Svetlana Manzhos – had a week of incredible time there.

  • On August 21, the day before start of the new school year, guests came to Tsyurupinsk orphanage for children with special needs with a friendly visit. The children already had the opportunity to meet some of them this summer at the camp on Arbatskaya strelka, others have become their new friends. This was a combined team from Kalinovka (“Unity” church), Chervony Perekop (“Revival” church) and Divnoye village.
